Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art used to develop physical and psychological well-being. Karate helps children to channel and control their natural fighting spirit into a creative force with respect for others. Regular practice of Karate produces an harmonious development of the body and mind, improving coordination, balance, flexibility and self-confidence.
During the lessons, all of Karate’s disciplines will be taught: the technique (kihon), the shape (kata) and the work with others (kumite)
