Carol Service - 6.30pm (PTA event) - BJAB - British Junior Academy of Brussels

Carol Service will take place in the Centre of Brussels in the beautiful Anglican church on Monday 17th December at 6.30 at Holy Trinity Church, Rue Capitaine Crespel 29, 1050 Bruxelles, by kind permission of the Church Clergy. The candlelight service will include carols and songs, instrumental pieces and poetry readings customary for the season and the church setting, although the theme of “Peace on earth” is one which we hope speaks to all faiths and cultures. The Carol Service is an opportunity for all children and parents to experience a traditional style of event where teamwork, concentration and presentation combine to create a thoughtful and creative celebration appropriate for the season. It is oue expectation that all pupils from Years 1 to 6 will attend. (We welcome younger children if they are closely supervised by their parents.) Garderie will run as normal on that day and, by prior arrangement, we would be able to take a small number of children to the service to be met by their parents. We will be able to take 10/15 children to church due to staffing issues and it will be on a first come, first served basis. Please let Ms Naslin know if you would like to take up that offer as soon as possible. After the service, which will last approximately 90 minutes, the PTA will kindly provide refreshments.
